A practical explanation of the portal and plugin connection. Review the notices shown during setup before submitting details.
Website registration and licenses
Guided free setup collects the administrator’s contact details and connects the website to the independent Aurevix licensing service. The service stores the registered domain, installed product/access information and license or trial activity needed to manage the connection.
Public reviews
A review submission includes a name, email, rating, title and review text. Reviews require administrator approval before publication. Approved reviews display the name, rating, title and text; the submitted email is not publicly displayed.
Support diagnostics
Help & Support is optional and OFF by default. When available, a client can choose whether to include the diagnostic information shown by the plugin. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, secret keys or medical notes in support messages or reviews.
Browser preferences
The portal stores your chosen light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. The static website package does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Your hosting provider and configured third-party integrations may maintain their own operational records.
Provider connections
Optional messaging, payments and calendars require separate provider configuration and may transmit the information needed for that specific workflow. Review the relevant provider’s terms and permissions before enabling a connection.
Requests about your records
Contact the Aurevix administrator through your existing service relationship or the optional support module. This page describes the supplied software behavior; the operator should add its verified legal contact details, retention periods and applicable privacy policy before launch.
