Documentation / clear next steps

Get set up.
Keep moving.

Start with the shared setup steps, then open the guide for your plugin.

Search the setup topics on this page.

Setup guide

Start with a Normal plugin

Install your ZIP

In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose Aurevix Bookings or Aurevix Client Flow and activate it.

Complete the guided setup

Open the setup wizard. Enter your name, email and phone details, review the connection consent and continue to the final step.

Activate your free access

The free offer code is prefilled. Submit activation to register the website with the independent licensing service.

Configure your workflow

Set up booking availability, or configure the client dashboard page and supported account integrations. Your connected website appears in the Aurevix Manager.

Setup guide

Explore the 30-day Pro trial

Open Aurevix Licenses

Use the License & trial link from your Normal plugin, or Aurevix Licenses in the WordPress menu.

Reserve your trial

Redeem the offer shown in your dashboard. Each domain can claim it once. Reservation and download do not start the clock.

Install the matching Pro ZIP

Download the available extension, upload it in WordPress and activate it with the matching Normal plugin active.

Check your expiry

Your shared 30-day trial begins at first successful Pro activation. Request continued paid or complimentary access from the administrator after the trial.

Setup guide

Keep your plugins current

Review the update notice

Connected installations check metadata on WordPress Plugins and Updates screens, with a short cache interval and scheduled background sync.

Read what changed

Open View details to read the published changelog and requirements. An update is offered after a higher version is published; it is not an instant browser push.

Back up and update in order

Update installed Normal plugins before their Pro extensions. Keep existing connections, data and keys; do not delete and reinstall to update.

If the update is missing

Use Check licenses & updates now once, then read the connection status. The release must be published, compatible and higher than the installed version.

Setup guide

Optional modules: included, OFF by default

Choose the module

Aurevix Manager has a tab for each plugin and controls the signed feature availability for its clients.

Enable explicitly on the client

The website administrator must also enable the local module and configure any required provider connection. A central switch alone does not connect a provider.

Configure providers privately

SMS/WhatsApp uses Twilio; deposits use Stripe; calendar connections use Google/Outlook. Store credentials in the configured server or WordPress settings, never in public HTML.

Verify before broader rollout

Test the specific workflow on staging first. Session tracking counts allowance and usage; it does not redeem sessions as payment. Opt-in support diagnostics exclude passwords and medical notes.
