This is the Normal plugin. The matching Pro extension adds its own functionality and has a separate license arrangement.
Use your current Aurevix release and follow the steps below. Keep a backup before installing a new version.
In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the Aurevix Bookings Normal ZIP, install it and activate it.
Open Aurevix Licenses → Start free setup. Enter your name, phone and email, confirm the website, and review the prefilled AUREVIX-FREE offer. Accept the connection consent and activate. If setup requests a public verification key, obtain it from Aurevix Plugins. Keep administrator and recovery credentials private.
Open Aurevix Bookings. Add your Services, Providers and Locations, then configure Schedules. Review the booking page and your defaults under Settings & Modules.
Use the configured booking page, or place [aurevix_booking] in a WordPress Shortcode block. Open the page as a visitor, choose an available appointment, complete the details and consent, and confirm the record in Aurevix Bookings → Appointments.
Set up your booking calendar, connect free access and check the appointment journey.

Use Appointments to review booking records and their status. The Dashboard provides the booking overview.
Update Schedules when working hours, breaks or blocked dates change. Review provider assignments and location time zones when a slot is missing.
Open WordPress Plugins or Dashboard → Updates. Connected installations check published releases when these screens load, using a shared 60-second cache. Choose View details to read the release notes, then Update now when a newer compatible version is offered. An already-open page needs a refresh; downloading a ZIP does not install it.
New modules start OFF at both levels. Updating a ZIP, publishing a release, or saving credentials does not turn them on. Existing feature choices are preserved.
After Help & Support is enabled, use Aurevix Licenses → Help & Support. Choose the affected plugin, enter a subject and explain the issue. The optional technical report shows platform versions and connection status; review its preview before sending. Keep passwords and client records out of your message.
Aurevix reviews the ticket under Manager → Support tickets. Replies and status appear in the website administrator’s dashboard. This is a plugin support inbox, not a public customer chat system.
Check your schedule, service duration, provider assignments, location time zone, blocked dates and existing bookings. Try a future day with configured availability.
Use the booking page selected in Settings & Modules, or add [aurevix_booking] to a WordPress Shortcode block. [aurevix_my_bookings] displays the supported client booking list.
No. Normal provides the core booking workflow. Client-facing service, provider and location choices are supplied by the separate Bookings Pro extension.
The clock starts when you first activate either Pro plugin, after redeeming the trial from your WordPress dashboard. Both Pro plugins share that 30-day period.
Each domain can redeem the offer once. Reinstalling a plugin does not reset the trial. For continued access, request a paid or complimentary license from Aurevix.
Pro is a separate extension. Install the matching Normal plugin first. Continued Pro use after the trial requires a separate license.
When a new version is published, connected installations can see an update through WordPress. You can review the changelog before updating.
A valid cached license continues for its signed validity period, up to 72 hours after a successful sync and never beyond the normal license or trial expiry. Aurevix can provide a short-lived recovery code if its independent service is available.
Ask Aurevix to transfer an eligible paid or complimentary license between registered websites, or attach one approved staging website. Trials stay with their original domain.
Release notes will appear here when the first integrated package is published to the update service.
Each published update includes its version, release notes and downloadable package. Review the details in WordPress before updating.
These are illustrated walkthroughs, not screenshots of an installed client release. Actual plugin screenshots will be added after verification on a staging WordPress site.
