Create a support ticket from WordPress, follow replies and choose whether to attach a limited technical report. Available in every plugin; OFF by default.
Pro is available through a one-time 30-day domain trial, or an administrator-issued paid or complimentary license. The trial starts at first Pro activation and is shared with the other Pro extension.
Use your current Aurevix release and follow the steps below. Keep a backup before installing a new version.
Install and activate the matching free plugin first, then finish Aurevix Licenses → Start free setup for this website.
In Aurevix Licenses, select Reserve my 30-day trial to redeem AUREVIX-30 on an eligible domain. If you already have a paid or complimentary key, use I have a paid or complimentary key → Link license key. Direct access assigned by Aurevix needs no client-entered key.
Use the download button for this Pro product in Aurevix Licenses. Upload that ZIP through WordPress Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it. If it is already installed, follow Open Plugins to activate Pro or Enable my Pro access when offered. The trial starts on the first successful Pro activation, not on download.
Keep Aurevix Client Flow active. Create an eligible future booking for a test client and approve it in your booking workflow. Sign in as that client and open their account to check the next-appointment panel, countdown and associated booking link.

Countdowns follow the connected booking’s status and time. Pending, cancelled or past appointments do not behave like an approved upcoming appointment.
Additional countdown style, clock and account preferences appear only when the relevant controls are enabled for the plugin by Aurevix.
Open WordPress Plugins or Dashboard → Updates. Connected installations check published releases when these screens load, using a shared 60-second cache. Choose View details to read the release notes, then Update now when a newer compatible version is offered. An already-open page needs a refresh; downloading a ZIP does not install it.
New modules start OFF at both levels. Updating a ZIP, publishing a release, or saving credentials does not turn them on. Existing feature choices are preserved.
Open Client Flow → Aurevix Packages and edit a native plan. Set its session count, validity and optional service restriction. After this module is enabled, new verified purchases receive an allowance; recurring subscription-cycle payments add the next allowance.
Marking a registered client's appointment Completed uses one session. Reopening it restores that session. No balance goes below zero. Review unallocated completions under Optional features. Existing packages and PMS memberships need a reviewed manual grant.
This module tracks completed usage. It does not reserve future sessions, replace checkout or redeem sessions as payment. Guest appointments are excluded. Balances appear in the account, or use [aurevix_session_balance].
After Help & Support is enabled, use Aurevix Licenses → Help & Support. Choose the affected plugin, enter a subject and explain the issue. The optional technical report shows platform versions and connection status; review its preview before sending. Keep passwords and client records out of your message.
Aurevix reviews the ticket under Manager → Support tickets. Replies and status appear in the website administrator’s dashboard. This is a plugin support inbox, not a public customer chat system.
Confirm that Client Flow Normal and Pro are both active, the website has valid Pro access, and this client has an eligible approved future booking. Check the booking’s time zone and clear any cached account page.
No. It is a separate extension that adds appointment countdowns and an upcoming-booking panel to the Normal client experience.
No. Both Pro plugins share one trial period for the domain. If Bookings Pro already started that trial, Client Flow Pro uses the remaining days.
The clock starts when you first activate either Pro plugin, after redeeming the trial from your WordPress dashboard. Both Pro plugins share that 30-day period.
Each domain can redeem the offer once. Reinstalling a plugin does not reset the trial. For continued access, request a paid or complimentary license from Aurevix.
Pro is a separate extension. Install the matching Normal plugin first. Continued Pro use after the trial requires a separate license.
When a new version is published, connected installations can see an update through WordPress. You can review the changelog before updating.
A valid cached license continues for its signed validity period, up to 72 hours after a successful sync and never beyond the normal license or trial expiry. Aurevix can provide a short-lived recovery code if its independent service is available.
Ask Aurevix to transfer an eligible paid or complimentary license between registered websites, or attach one approved staging website. Trials stay with their original domain.
Release notes will appear here when the first integrated package is published to the update service.
Each published update includes its version, release notes and downloadable package. Review the details in WordPress before updating.
These are illustrated walkthroughs, not screenshots of an installed client release. Actual plugin screenshots will be added after verification on a staging WordPress site.
