Extend the Normal booking workflow with client-facing choices. Bookings Pro is a separate extension and requires Aurevix Bookings.
Offer a choice of available services in the client booking flow.
Allow clients to choose an available provider.
Let clients select the location that suits their visit.
Bring these choices into the date-and-time booking experience.
These modules are included in the updated plugin, with every switch initially OFF. Enable them later after Aurevix allows access and you finish the required setup.

Let visitors verify their email and request a full date. Notify them when availability opens; the normal booking checks still apply. A notice does not reserve a slot.
Take a percentage deposit through Stripe Checkout and show the remaining balance. The business collects the balance separately. Card payments and supported two-decimal currencies only.
Export appointments and block external busy periods for each connected provider. Appointment changes stay managed in Aurevix. Requires OAuth setup and a working five-minute schedule.
Create a support ticket from WordPress, follow replies and choose whether to attach a limited technical report. Available in every plugin; OFF by default.
Pro is available through a one-time 30-day domain trial, or an administrator-issued paid or complimentary license. The trial starts at first Pro activation and is shared with the other Pro extension.
Use your current Aurevix release and follow the steps below. Keep a backup before installing a new version.
Install and activate the matching free plugin first, then finish Aurevix Licenses → Start free setup for this website.
In Aurevix Licenses, select Reserve my 30-day trial to redeem AUREVIX-30 on an eligible domain. If you already have a paid or complimentary key, use I have a paid or complimentary key → Link license key. Direct access assigned by Aurevix needs no client-entered key.
Use the download button for this Pro product in Aurevix Licenses. Upload that ZIP through WordPress Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it. If it is already installed, follow Open Plugins to activate Pro or Enable my Pro access when offered. The trial starts on the first successful Pro activation, not on download.
Open Aurevix Bookings → Settings & Modules and review Pro mode. Configure Services, Providers, Locations and Schedules, then test the same booking page. Make sure each offered choice has matching availability.

Bookings Pro extends Aurevix Bookings. Both plugins must remain installed and active, with valid access for this website.
Pro works through the existing [aurevix_booking] form. Keep the page and navigation you already use, and test the added choices as a visitor.
Open WordPress Plugins or Dashboard → Updates. Connected installations check published releases when these screens load, using a shared 60-second cache. Choose View details to read the release notes, then Update now when a newer compatible version is offered. An already-open page needs a refresh; downloading a ZIP does not install it.
New modules start OFF at both levels. Updating a ZIP, publishing a release, or saving credentials does not turn them on. Existing feature choices are preserved.
Twilio needs an Account SID, Auth Token and sender number. WhatsApp also needs an approved utility template; variables 1, 2 and 3 contain the booking reference, time and status. Provider charges apply. Customers choose channels on the booking form.
The waiting list appears below the booking form, or use [aurevix_waitlist]. Visitors confirm their email before receiving availability notices. Watch the delivery and waiting-list logs under Optional features.
Use Stripe test credentials first. Copy the deposit webhook URL shown under Optional features into Stripe, subscribe to checkout.session.completed and checkout.session.expired, and save its signing secret.
Payment is recorded only after verification. Appointments remain pending for administrator approval. Unpaid holds last about an hour. An uncertain connection keeps the hold for review. Remaining money is collected by the business; the receipt action records a payment already received. Refunds are handled in Stripe.
Register the exact redirect URI shown under Optional features in Google or Microsoft. Save OAuth credentials and connect one calendar for each booking provider. Google needs Calendar API access; Microsoft needs delegated Calendars.ReadWrite and offline_access.
Five-minute checks export appointments without customer contact details and import busy periods. External edits do not reschedule Aurevix appointments. If a connected calendar becomes stale, its provider's availability pauses until it refreshes. Use a reliable hosting cron before enabling.
After Help & Support is enabled, use Aurevix Licenses → Help & Support. Choose the affected plugin, enter a subject and explain the issue. The optional technical report shows platform versions and connection status; review its preview before sending. Keep passwords and client records out of your message.
Aurevix reviews the ticket under Manager → Support tickets. Replies and status appear in the website administrator’s dashboard. This is a plugin support inbox, not a public customer chat system.
A ZIP download alone does not install or activate Pro. Upload and activate it in WordPress, confirm Pro access in Aurevix Licenses, then check Pro mode in Settings & Modules and clear any cached copy of the booking page.
Complete free setup and activate Aurevix Bookings first. Then reserve an eligible trial, link your key or ask Aurevix to assign access. If access is valid but no release is available, contact Aurevix so the matching ZIP can be published.
No. Use the existing booking page. Its Pro experience uses the services, providers, locations and availability configured in Aurevix Bookings.
The clock starts when you first activate either Pro plugin, after redeeming the trial from your WordPress dashboard. Both Pro plugins share that 30-day period.
Each domain can redeem the offer once. Reinstalling a plugin does not reset the trial. For continued access, request a paid or complimentary license from Aurevix.
Pro is a separate extension. Install the matching Normal plugin first. Continued Pro use after the trial requires a separate license.
When a new version is published, connected installations can see an update through WordPress. You can review the changelog before updating.
A valid cached license continues for its signed validity period, up to 72 hours after a successful sync and never beyond the normal license or trial expiry. Aurevix can provide a short-lived recovery code if its independent service is available.
Ask Aurevix to transfer an eligible paid or complimentary license between registered websites, or attach one approved staging website. Trials stay with their original domain.
Release notes will appear here when the first integrated package is published to the update service.
Each published update includes its version, release notes and downloadable package. Review the details in WordPress before updating.
These are illustrated walkthroughs, not screenshots of an installed client release. Actual plugin screenshots will be added after verification on a staging WordPress site.
